How much is shipping?

We offer standard shipping on all domestic orders that range from $3.80 - $11.60 depending on where you live. Please allow 5-7 business days after order has been shipped. Please note shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take longer. Priority shipping is also available for $8.40. Please allow 2-3 business days after order has been placed to ship.

What about international shipping?

International shipping fees will vary depending on weight and size of the order as well as shipping location. Please note customers outside the US are responsible for all applicable taxes and duties.

When will my order ship?

Orders will ship within 1-3 business days of being placed. We are a two being team (Pope + Becca), but we work hard to get your order as quickly as possible! You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will be receiving an email which will include a tracking number.

Can I change my order?

Please contact us right away at hello@dohpdog.com and we will try our best to make the changes for you.

What is your return policy?

We will glady accept returns on unused and unworn items. Please email us at hello@dohpdog.com with your order number within 15 days of delivery.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will notify you and inspect the item(s). After inspection, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.*

*Shipping cost will be deducted from returns not due to defectiveness.

What about exchanges?

All our items undergo comprehensive quality control before being shipped out to our customers. If you receive an item that is not up to your standards, please email us at hello@dohpdog.com. We will immediately assist you with an exchange or a refund.* Please make sure to return within 15 days of delivery.

*Shipping cost will be taken care of by DOHP Dog for defected items.

Ordered the wrong size? We will gladly assist to get the correct size to you. Please email us at hello@dohpdog.com within 15 days of delivery.

*Customer is responsible for all shipping cost unless wrong size was shipped through our recommendation.

What if I ordered the wrong size that was recommended by DOHP Dog?

If we recommended the wrong size for your dog, please email us at hello@dohpdog.com within 15 days of delivery.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will send you the correct size. Item(s) must be unworn and unused.
